Nurse: The nurse, Jackie, believes in empowering patients by educating them, enabling them to take responsibility for their decisions regarding proposed medical treatment. In this scenario, Jackie navigates Anna’s scepticism while building trust to ensure Anna resumes her treatment and understands the risks of non-compliance.
